Tomorrow night's the State of the Union Address (Feb 24th), and you'd think Trump would rise to the occasion and try to unite the nation, or simply lie his way through the speech with his
usual litany about how the 2020 election
was stolen, but his transits tell a different story.
First, we know he's already angry at the Supreme Court for striking down his tariffs, which caused him to rant about how the judges are "very unpatriotic and disloyal to our Constitution," and his poll numbers are the lowest they've ever been. But he's got even more than that riling him up.
For the 20th through the 25th he's got Mars opposite his Mars, which can feel like grabbing a sickle and a hammer and looking for something to hit.
A sense of frustration is likely now. Buried angers can surface now as tension or impatience. You are touchy and over-sensitive now, and it is very easy to take offence.

And on top of that, starting the 25th to March 1st, he's got Mars opposite his Ascendant, which Robert Hand says is "the most conflict-prone of all transits."
Your actions could feel threatening to another person, who may react with anger or aggression. Alternatively, you could be more easily annoyed or angered by the actions of another person. Risky actions are best avoided because a buildup of anger or tension can make you prone to act without thinking.

In short, Trump will not only be striking out at his critics during his speech, but it will be just the start of a very contentious week for him, with his fiery side on full display.
Rash and Rebellious
Adding even to that, Mars is square Uranus in the sky, affecting everyone, from the 23rd to the 27th. Mars rules our ego and drive, and a square to rebellious Uranus means we feel the urge to break away from restrictions, even if we have to break something. Mars also rules cars, fire, guns, and the military, so there could well be accidents or an unexpected use of weapons.
Mars square Uranus transit can cause impulsiveness, sudden willfulness, a craving for excitement, eccentricity, recklessness, and sudden actions. A strong urge to rebel against authority without regard for the consequences can lead to significant disruption or conflict in your life.

Confused Country
This goes without saying, but for the nation, things aren't so good, either. I mean, transit-wise. Right now we got both Saturn and Neptune opposite our Midheaven, making everything heavy and foggy. And for the next three weeks, Saturn will be square Venus, making everyone feel a bit depressed, including maybe the stock market.
For day-by-day, things will be quite rocky as well. The day of the Address, Mercury (communications) will be opposite the nation's Neptune (illusions and delusions), which is perfect for a President intent on deceiving the public with his own fantasy version of his Nobel-worthy successes.
Mercury opposite Neptune transit brings mental confusion and potential problems due to miscommunication. You are hearing and seeing the truth, but also a lot of garbage, and it is nearly impossible to tell the difference. You are more susceptible to being taken advantage of or deceived in some way.

More seriously, we also have Mars conjunct our Moon for the 22nd to the 26th, which will hit people emotionally and rile them up.
Also on the 26th, the Sun will square our nation's Uranus, further pushing the chance for unexpected events, and Mercury will again be opposite our Neptune (as it fires its retro rockets), clouding everything up once more.

Wrapping Up
Taking all that together, Trump will likely say something he shouldn't and get a lot of flack for that, and then over the next few days he'll double down on it in anger. Maybe even strike out at Iran just to blow up something and
distract everyone from his fumble.
